FITCare's Passionate Approach to NDIS Support Services

Empowering Individuals with Disabilities to Lead Healthier Lives

Name and Business.
Megan Sparr and I work for FITCare Support Services

Tell us who you are personally?

I’m a bit of an extroverted introvert. I love people, learning their stories and behaviours, listening to their journeys. I love to help others but I’m also a homebody at heart. I’ve been married for 12 years and have 3 glorious children. Im passionate about health, mental health, fitness, being adventurous but also love learning, studying, dried flowers and animals. I dislike unkind humans and the colour red.

What is your story?

I became a personal trainer in 2019 and worked in an outdoor gym which I also loved. I found Fitcare when I was looking for my next adventure, to try something new, help new kinds of people, expand my knowledge.

How do you start your mornings?

I start most mornings with cuddles from my beautiful 8yo daughter. I always make my bed, shower and have a protein smoothie for breakfast (plus usually put on a load of washing cause that’s a big part of my life that I can never escape haha).

What is your product or service? How does it help others?:

FITCare focuses on us being ‘healthy support workers.’ We strive to work alongside people needing the support and guidance to lead healthier more fulfilling lifestyles. We work under the NDIS for people of most ages. We are passionate about our participants, honing in on their interests, needs and loves and working with those passions to create healthier lives.

If you could meet one person in this world, dead or alive, who would it be? And why? And what would you ask them?:

My grandparents have passed away because they were so loving and they are missed greatly. I would love to introduce them to my youngest child they never got to meet.

Who is on this journey with you?:

My family. We are a team. Also my FITCare management team are absolutely incredible, understanding and always so helpful and supportive of us as employees.

If you were face-to-face with a mumma who is struggling, what would be your message to her?:

Ask for help please Mumma. And if you don’t have any personal support contact a company that can find some help for you. Listen to your heart and take some deep breaths. Sunshine and fresh air does wonders for a clearer mind.

Where can we go for more information?: You can contact https://www.fitcaresupportservices.com.au/
