Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sunshine by Vanessa. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and offer a 30-day return policy on items you purchase from us.

Change of mind returns: If you change your mind and wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. If these requirements are not met, we may not accept your return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sunshinebyvanessa@gmail.com, and we will provide you with instructions on how and where to return the item. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive your returned item.

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the above conditions, we will notify you that we have received your return and advise you of the refund amount. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days after the refund has been processed, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately at sunshinebyvanessa@gmail.com. We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution, such as a refund, repair, or replacement, in accordance with your rights under the ACL.

Non-returnable items: Under the ACL, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on certain items, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Beauty or personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.
