My goal is always to be putting 100% into whatever I do, to be compassionate and always to empower women to create a life they love - I hope that describes my work too!

𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙞𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙨𝙠𝙞𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙖 𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙘𝙡𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙛𝙞𝙩 𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙡?

One of the biggest things I ever did was make the choice to be my own best friend. I made the conscious decision to treat myself like I would treat one of my friends, or someone close to me; which helped me find the beauty within myself.

And when it comes to finding clothes that fit well, a big part of it is knowing your body shape, and knowing what you feel good and confident in! I've done years of trial and error, and modelling helps since I can be changing in and out of 10-20 looks during a shoot!

𝙒𝙝𝙮 𝙙𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙙𝙤?

I get the opportunity to inspire people to chase their dreams and find strength within themselves.

𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠, 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙖𝙙𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙮 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙙?

I remind myself that a lot of the time, the people who go out of their way to shame you or make you feel less, are usually struggling with their own self worth and value. No one who is truly happy with who they are as a person is going to go out of their way to say something negative to you - So practice not taking those types of comments personally; and remind yourself that at the end of the day, it really has nothing to do with you; and you are so, so much more than your body.

𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙤 𝙪𝙨 𝙢𝙪𝙢𝙨 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙙𝙖𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙖 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙮 𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙚?

By modelling positive body image. Our daughters are watching us more than anyone, especially as they get older. Modelling healthy eating habits and exercising, being open to conversations about different sizes and looks without comparing ourselves, and having those positive conversations about who we are can set up our girls to accept who they are and the beauty within that, and owning who they are.

Having a negative self image isn't something we are born with, it's learnt; so if we can teach them to love and accept themselves by first loving and accepting ourselves, the question we ask ourselves changes from "why don't I look like this" to "why am I thinking like this about myself".

𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙖𝙨 𝙖𝙣 𝙞𝙣𝙛𝙡𝙪𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙧 𝙞𝙨 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙗𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 ‘𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙮’ 𝙞𝙨, 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙝𝙮?

I hadn't really thought about it like that haha, but definitely not; when I started posting on social media it was more for fun and I'm so grateful this is now my job. Over the years I've received so many messages from so many beautiful people who resonate with me and have grown more confident seeing what I do and that has been so fulfilling for me.

𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚?

Boundaries, being compassionate with myself, and doing things that fill up my own cup so I can serve others as best I can. And the everyday things, like a face mask or massage; time to journal or meditate; taking care of my body and mind.

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙙𝙞𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙠𝙛𝙖𝙨𝙩?

I had half an almond croissant and a granola/yoghurt/fruit cup thing at an event. It was SO good.

𝙏𝙚𝙡𝙡 𝙪𝙨 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙥𝙤𝙙𝙘𝙖𝙨𝙩?

The Rise of Her podcast is for those who want to create a life they love! I talk about self development, balancing parenthood and career, mindset, health and fitness and everything in between in the hopes to motivate and inspire people to step out of their comfort zone, and set themselves up for success (whatever that may look like).

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙣𝙚𝙭𝙩 𝙜𝙤𝙖𝙡𝙨?

I have a few things I'm not quite ready to share yet, but fun stuff is definitely in the works!

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙙𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 ‘𝙎𝙪𝙣𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙗𝙮 𝙑𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙖’?

A beautiful brand giving women the opportunity to connect and care for themselves - without guilt!
